Four Zones of Fear
One ticket includes four haunted attractions, experienced one after another.
The Sanitarium
A chilling asylum filled with deranged patients, eerie medical experiments, and unsettling funeral scenes, designed to evoke psychological terror.
Haunted Mines
An underground labyrinth of abandoned mining tunnels, complete with cave monsters, an elevator, and claustrophobic sets that mimic a real subterranean nightmare.
Sinister Manor
A decrepit house overrun by nightmarish creatures and swampy surroundings, where guests confront grotesque inhabitants and unsettling atmospheres.
3-D Carnival
A twisted carnival bursting with sinister clowns, disorienting 3-D effects, and neon nightmares where nothing is quite what it seems.
The Fear Complex Midway
The fear begins before you enter the haunt. Purchase or present your tickets and check in on-site to join our Virtual Queue. Then explore the Midway instead of standing shoulder-to-shoulder in one long line.

Play the claw machine, Fling a Frog, Tanks vs. Zombies, Digging Grave, and more. Grab hot dogs, nachos, candy, cotton candy, snow cones, or bottled drinks while you wait.
Midway capacity is limited during peak periods. If it is full when you arrive, we’ll place your group in a secondary queue and notify you as soon as space becomes available.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the virtual queue?
After you arrive and check in, your group will join the Virtual Queue. Enjoy games, food, shopping, or time with your group in the Midway — or wait in your vehicle. We’ll text you when it’s time to enter. You must be on-site to join. If the Midway is at capacity, we’ll notify you as soon as space becomes available.
How many haunted areas are there?
Your ticket includes The Sanitarium, Haunted Mines, Sinister Manor, and 3-D Carnival — four haunted attractions experienced one after another. The Midway is a separate, non-haunted entertainment and waiting area.
Are tickets available at the door?
Yes. Tickets are available online and at the door. Buying online in advance is recommended for your preferred date.
Is there an age limit?
We recommend the haunt for ages 13 and up. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. No refunds for scaredy-cats!
How long does it take to go through?
Most guests spend around 20–30 minutes inside, depending on how fast (or scared) you move.
Are the actors allowed to touch you?
No. Our actors will get close — very close — but they will never intentionally touch you. We expect the same in return.
What if I get too scared inside?
Just let one of our staff members know and we’ll help escort you out. But be warned — there are no refunds once you enter.
What should I wear? Are high heels, open-toed shoes, or costumes allowed?
Wear comfortable clothing and secure, closed-toe shoes suitable for walking and stairs. High heels and open-toed shoes are strongly discouraged. Contact us before arriving in costume; masks or costume props may be restricted for safety.
Is parking available?
Parking is available on-site, but spaces may be limited during peak periods. Arrive early and follow posted signs and staff directions.
Can I wait in my vehicle or leave while I’m in the Virtual Queue?
You may wait in your vehicle, but please remain on-site and be ready to return when we text you. The Virtual Queue can only be joined after you arrive and check in.
How quickly must I return after receiving the text?
Return to the entrance promptly and follow the instructions in your text message. If someone in your group may need additional time, tell our staff when you check in.
Are Midway food and games included with admission?
No. Your admission includes all four haunted attractions. Midway food, games, and merchandise are optional and sold separately.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and major credit or debit cards at the venue. Online ticket purchases are paid through our secure ticketing system.
Are tickets refundable?
There are no refunds after you enter the haunted attraction. Please review the ticket terms shown during checkout for cancellation, transfer, and date-change policies.
Are any items prohibited?
Weapons, outside alcohol, and items that could create a safety hazard are not permitted. Costume masks and props may also be restricted. If you are unsure about an item, contact us before your visit.
Does the attraction use fog, flashing lights, loud noises, or strobe effects?
Yes. The Fear Complex is an intense sensory experience that includes darkness, theatrical fog, loud and sudden sounds, flashing or strobe lighting, enclosed spaces, and startling effects.
Do you offer VIP admission?
VIP admission is available on select dates. Visit the Buy Tickets page to see the ticket options offered for your date.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
The Fear Complex can accommodate many guests who use wheelchairs, but the attraction includes stairs that may be challenging for some visitors. If you use a wheelchair or have difficulty with stairs, please contact us before purchasing tickets so we can discuss your needs and the accommodation options available for your visit. Guests should not assume that staff can lift or carry a person or mobility device.
Do you offer group rates or private events?
Yes! We offer discounts for groups of 15 or more and can host private events or corporate outings. Contact us for details.
